Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies




These are my favourite cookies!

1.5 cups whole spelt or oat flour
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup natural peanut or almond butter
3/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips

Combine the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet in another. Then, blend the two together until just combined - do not over mix. Fold in the chocolate chips. Bake for 13 minutes at 350 degrees - don't over bake.
